Even Ford's attorney, Debra Katz, after the fact, admitted on a video that the one of the main reasons why Dr. Ford came forward was to protect abortion. Because Kavanaugh was seen as the vote that could reverse Roe v. Wade. Also, that her social media was intentionally scrubbed to mask her political leanings.

As for the other women, one of them, Judy Munro-Leighton admitted that her accusation was false. LIE She was referred for criminal investigation. Another accuser, Julie Swetnick, was also referred for a criminal investigation for providing false statements. The last one, Deborah Ramirez, says that something happened at Yale, but there was no corroborating evidence showing that they were ever together at a party.

Swinging back to the original OP, I bet if they checked for fingerprints, they'd hit a match. Then again, Bragg dismissed a case where a person assaulted someone, and it was all caught on video. If the DA can dismiss a case where there's video evidence of a crime, how hard is it for his office to lower charges or dismiss charges when there isn't a camera filming the crime as it happens?

That was one case, there were plenty others and the due process being ignored was in the bylaws of the schools in question.
