Go ask the FAA what it legally takes to be qualified to buy an Aircraft.

There's no requirement. Only a requirement to fly one.

If you can't fly one, you can't buy one.

I'm sorry you aren't around anymore. It would have been fun to poke you with a stick a while longer and watch the reaction.

Still waiting for IceMan30 AKA "I'm not really a pilot" to prove it's illegal to buy a car, bus, jet airliner for anyone who has the money to do so.

Because its right there in the driver's manual, and on the FAA's website.
To buy a motor vehicle you need either an operators license, or proof that you have furnished qualified operators.
Its a privilege, not a right.
And they cannot sell you a vehicle if you don't have a license, or proof that qualified people will be operating it.

So you never bought a car before. And you are 30????
