Democrats frown on targeting gang databases with ‘red flag’ laws

House Democrats this week advanced a new measure to encourage states to pass “red flag” laws, known as extreme risk protection orders, that authorize removing guns and ammunition from dangerous individuals.

Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee amended the measure during a Wednesday mark-up to authorize the federal government to issue extreme risk protection orders in some instances,
but they rejected an amendment that would have red-flagged anyone who law enforcement lists as a gang member.

Reading the story, these Democrats are ******* scared to death to lose the illegal Rapist killer Mexicans vote...

Unbelievable.

.

And then they will whine when the murder rate in gang infested cities doesn’t decrease, and their new solution will to confiscate all weapons......except from black gang members who don’t follow gun laws now. Brilliant!

According to Jerry if you draw a picture of a gun, you must be removed from school and sent to jail

But if you draw this, you're just doodling and not in a gang.

He is a moron.

He should wear gang colors and stand outside Los Angeles's greyhound bus station and see what happens
