The president has little if anything to do with crime. That is largely a state and local issue.
Yep. But they all run on. So the discussion usually revolves how they all look at to boost perceptions of opponents being weak on crime, or they themselves being tough on crime. FOX News shills for the GOP and Trump, So the questions are:

Violent crime was down 8 percent in jurisdictions that reported data — law enforcement agencies covering three-quarters of U.S. residents. Property crime was down 6 percent. Murder was down more than 15 percent.
Fox News, for one, doesn’t want to hear.
Are there valid and credible reasons FOX would ignore this, since we know they do like to focus on crime?

There is no doubt that WAPO is a propaganda arm and excuse maker for the Biden administration. The interesting point is that WAPO apparently doesn't seem to think that it's own spin about crime statistics can stand up to scrutiny so they bring Fox into the picture even though there is no basis for it. It's an old trick to bolster a weak argument and only lefties seem to fall for it.
Nope. They report bad news for Biden as they have for every elected Democrat President.. Obama had a visceral dislike for the so-called liberal media. It is well documented. Biden does too.
