Does anyone know the difference between testing positive for Covid, being infected with Covid and being counted as a new case?

What percentage of people of people in the above categories show no symptoms, mild symptoms or serious symptoms requiring medical treatment?

What is the morbidity rate for Covid, and how is it measured?

Why are reliable answers to these questions so hard to obtain?

The reason those answers are hard to obtain is because it's all bullshit.

There will be some who do not believe it and the others who do believe it.

The numbers are for policy making and the lessons learned or not learned for the future.
