majority } made the decision to use the courts to Overrule how the
Pennsylvania State Legislature had control of Election law and
procedures.Alito tried valiantly to get his Supreme Court to
hear the case where the pennsylvania State Supreme Court overruled
the Pennsylvania State legislature.
Republican State representatives passed legislation in September
of 2020 to shore up vote protection.It was Democrat Governor { Wolf }
and his Trump Hating Secretary-of-State who,Without Authority
initiated changes that made vote fraud easier.Then used a majority
Democrat State Supreme Court { 5 to 1 majority } upholding
Wolf's last minute shenanigans.
