"In a ruling issued Tuesday, a federal judge in Pittsburgh upheld the counting of a few hundred ballots in Pennsylvania’s 45th Senatorial District that had defects on their outer envelopes, again validating Democratic Sen. Jim Brewster’s victory and handing the GOP another post-election loss in the courts." “Contrary to [GOP] reading, the Court finds that the Supreme Court expressly held that the undated ballots at issue remain valid ballots that are properly counted under state law,” Judge Ranjan wrote in his opinion."

Wow, to add insult to injury, the judge had to bring up the Supreme Court decision? That was petty....So what there is established precedent for your ruling, that is still voter fraud somehow, I am sure of it...I guess lots of these Republican controlled state legislatures are going to have to once again, rewrite all of their election laws because they clearly didn't suppress enough votes this time around....OR, why have elections at all, since no matter what, they will always be rigged by the Dems, Fake Republicans, the Chinese and Hugo Chavez's ghost...might as well switch over to a Republican theocracy or something....

PA state Senate is still a huge Republican majority. So congrats on the “win” with more invalid votes. It is after all, the only way Dems can win statewide elections.
