I'm sure there are a lot of gay people who don't attend gay pride parades, just like there are a lot of straight people who don't attend Mardi Gras parades.

And they both stay away for the same reasons.

A gay pride parade no more represents all gay people than a Mardi Gras parade represents all straight people.

The ceremony was held last night on the courthouse lawn right in front of Kim Davis' office. Good for them. A lawsuit against Kim Davis by the couple is still ongoing.
