Former Kentucky Clerk In Gay Marriage Case Must Pay Additonal $260K.

Correct, Civil Marriages are issued by State authorities. However they must comply with equal treatment under the law provisions contained in the Constitution.

WW
By that logic, the Constitution allows human/animal marriages as well. And adult/child.

That fact the state requires a license to practice law is discriminatory to begin with. The states have the right to define the limits of the licenses they issue. In many cases this is further simplified by the fact over 30 states amended their constitutions to clearly define marriage. Kennedy betrayed America without his lunatic take on this issue, none of which was based on the Constitution. It will be fixed, much to your dismay.
Discrimination in and of itself isn't the issue Dumb Dumb. It's discrimination based on race, sex or sexual orientation. Setting the age for getting drivers licenses at 18 is discriminatory but based on age and capability, not race or sex or sexual orientation.

Wrong, the issue at hand is licensing authority, defining the requirements for licensing, and state's rights. This was never a federal issue and it was never what the degenerate queers pretended it was.

Actually, it doesn’t say much at all about that. It says absolutely nothing about the government issuing a license for people to get married. That would be a state issue, per 10A.
I bet you think Loving was also wrongly decided.

When?

In what way? Did she violate someone's civil rights?

She went after organizations from both parties and only revoked the tax exception status for a democratic one.
As much or more so than the county clerk did
