Last months historic financial pact between Russian and China was not randomly timed. Not only are we totally unable to sanction another Sovereign State ( since china effectively controls up to 85% of all our trading traffic) Even though the official number is supposedly 14%.
What percentage of US trade is with China?
Year-to-Date Total Trade
one only needs to turn over five out of six items bought in a department store to find that it's ultimate origin regardless of whether it came from Mexico, Canada, Japan or wherever is China so the chart here above is a rather inaccurate surface analysis of what the real world situation actually is. Cell phones are at least a little easier to guage for example. All major cell phone makers depend on Foxcon a wholly Taiwanese owned and Operated franchise located in China. Fact is most of our other goods are in the same boat....but we are hindered from seeing that by a variety of shell trading deals that keep it from looking like the horror that it actually is. Here on the following List is what appears to be the case but is really just a numbers game in disguise:
The top fifteen with the possible exception of India and Viet Nam all have major stakes in Chinese manufacturing so the goods that they trade with us that have their name on them are largely and Ultimately also Chinese( are you getting it now?). The CCP requires all manufacturers who set up shop in China proper to cede 51% interest to the party which means at any time they so desire they can order the products of those factories to go wherever they want them to. Russia anyone? Hmmm...For this reason alone we are unable to float any kind of meaningful sanctions against anyone that China decides to supply....no matter with what or how much. Asking them too cooperate will get us one large middle finger...albeit with some green tea and a smile. All This talk of sanctions against Russia and the Ruble crashing are complete nonsense when you consider this set of current circumstances that we willingly allowed to develop over the past fifty years. Our landscape is virtually littered with the remains of a once great manufacturing complex now largely outsourced to guess where? Oh...and what's this? Biden has floated sanctions on the Ukraine to punish who? Russia? Bwahahaha....that's like slapping the rape victim after the rape and blaming her for being their in the first place. I wonder how the Ukrainian businesses with Biden's bank account numbers on them are doing right now?
So next....TAIWAN..... I give it less than 12 months at this point...annnnnd what are we going to do about it Hmmmm? Stop trading with China? Yeah...fat chance charlie.....it won't be the Russians or the Ukrainians who will be starving then...it will be US.
China does not have to wage all out war to do this. They merely have to make sea passage in that area next to impossible....it won't take long for the entire freaking world to get the point.
So next time somebody tells you that tariffs are a bad thing....make sure you get that spelled correctly in Mandarin writing so you can pronounce it properly for your future Chinese governor.
