You have not seen the evidence that the court has accumulated during their earlier investigation; you not seeing evidence has no bearing. The panel has seen evidence and in their professional view that evidence is sufficient to bring forth these charges, these are very senior and respected legal experts too, lots of experience with these kinds of horrifying war crimes.

And we have plenty of evidence as to the actual actions of Israel during the war which makes the charge of intentional starvation laughable.
