Mikeoxynormous points to the obvious, Mortimer. To the Nazis the Aryan/Germanic appearance was everything. The Nazi's didn't just toss Jewish men, women and children in the Concentration Camps as slave labor and to be executed, they tossed in the mentally unstable, the deformed, the Polish and the "Roma" as well.
