But if a coronavirus infection spreads to the lower respiratory tract (your windpipe and your lungs), it can cause pneumonia, especially in older people, people with heart disease, or people with weakened immune systems

ANYWAY, I read three articles; one (per CDC) said we had 423 confirmed cases of the corona virus in the United States. Another cited 527. And in another, Vice President Pence said 600. Where are they getting these numbers? I personally like the 423.
