cop justifies in shooting of patrick layoya

"Lyoya had three outstanding warrants at the time he fled Schurr, and an autopsy revealed his blood-alcohol concentration was more than three times the legal limit."

A man who resisted arrest, tried to flee from the scene and physically takes away the Taser and continues to fight off legal police commands, then gets shot to stop his from being allegedly dangerous to the police officer while likely having driven a stolen car...

The fool would be alive if he just stayed at the car and allow the Police officer to do his job.

yep and the new cop in town is trying to get that cop fired so he dosent have to deal with the problem. so much for backing up your cops when their lives are in danger.

Yea the answer is to shoot him in the back of the head while he is face down on the ground.

Did lefties forget the concept of "innocent until proven guilty"? What the hell do you think the defendant's own lawyer should say? These trolling posts are sickening.

I wrote this already,

"...then gets shot to stop his from being allegedly dangerous to the police officer"

We do not know if the Officer was correct or not hence the investigation.

But you should take note the man was hostile acting with numerous warrants for arrest already on the list tries to flee the police and resist arrest.

How is your life in danger when you shoot someone in the back of the head while on top of them? Was he afraid the guy was going to fart on him.

Lets see how many violations did the man do before he was shot:

A man who resisted arrest, tried to flee from the scene and physically takes away the Taser and continues to fight off legal police commands, then gets shot to stop his from being allegedly dangerous to the police officer while likely having driven a stolen car..."

It is pretty well established the dead man is a slimeball (5 violations at the scene and THREE warrants for arrests)) but the officers shooting him in the back of the head deserved investigation because that is a very unusual police shooting decision to see if he was justified in doing it.

Blacks don't care about the law or give a damn about an officer has to say when it comes to enforcing it. They think they can do what ever the hell they want and society should literally burn itself to the ground in their defense rather it is justifed or not. Blacks are treated the way they do because they think everything is a joke.

It is disgusting.

Who wants to bet that he was raised by a single mother? No father at home often results in very bad results.
Couldn't understand much of what the mush mouthed narrator was saying. Par for the course though.

Tell me why this guy wasn't shot.

He wasn't a big enough threat is why there was no fighting or taking weapons from the police thus not enough reason to shoot the jerk.

The driver will get picked up for resisting lawful commands to get out of the car and fleeing the scene.

The cop shot him in the back of the head while he had him pinned to the ground.

All this over an expired tag on a license plate?

He said on a few occasions he would shoot the officers and even grabbed his weapon, is he big enough to pull the trigger? I knew you would come with the excuses, because he was a white boy. The guy didn't have a weapon and got a bullet in the back of his head, this white boy had a gun and threatened to use it and drove off with not repercussions. Smfh.
