The satellites, the aircrafts and the personnel are all in place to monitor Tropical weather.

Notice how he doesn't get specific in the cuts at all because it wouldn't support his lie.

Then there are other weather forecasting organizations that does the same shit only not on government money.

Yet YOU have never showed evidence of a he he ha ha..... hypercane while I have showed plenty of evidence that Hurricanes are not increasing in numbers, or intensity over time at all.

I made a post based on OFFICIAL data shows no evidence of any hypercanes and no increase in hurricane trends.

My science comes from college science classes and textbooks ... I have a copy of Halliday/Resnick right here on my desk, and I'm looking up matters of basic physics before I post ... if you'd have finished middle school, you could have taken algebra in high school ... which easily refutes catastrophic climate change prima facie ...

A weather dude can't do predictions because of budget cuts? I don't follow the weather news, I suppose some others don't either. So now what :dunno:

Mankind didn't survive ... death tolls from hurricanes were horrific ... into the thousands in many cases ... agricultural loses caused famines around the world ... today we have the airline industry ... do we want to send fully laden jumbo jets into unknown weather? ...

There was one hell of a lot of death and destruction without scientifically accurate weather forecasts ...

By what measure? ... what do you mean "compromised" ... and how do we assigning blame? ...

Do you know all that is done in a weather forecast cycle? ... if so, why do you think a 10% reduction in personnel wouldn't cause a 10% reduction in weather forecast products? ...

I understand, you don't use weather forecasts, so why should you care? ...

In the earths history of 4.543 billion years, hurricanes probably existed best part of that timeline. I imagine many animals and humans have died from this weather event. If the US gets stuck on weather forecasting, ask a neighbouring country.

In any manner you deem fit. No need to assign blame. I'm just trying to understand if there's a problem. It doesn't seem like there is one to me but I'm asking you.

I have used paid weather services before. It's sort of a requirement in GoM operations. I liked Wilkens Weather the best. And I use a nice weather and radar app for golfing. :)
