That is what THIS activist Supreme Court determined in a decision strictly on ideological lines, unlike multiple prior court decisions which recognized it as a Constitutional right and upheld it as a Constitutional right. Have you read the ruling? Because their finding is that abortion isn't a constitutional right and the previous court ruling that it was a constitutional right was in error. Absent federal laws on abortion it was kicked back to the states to decide. The legality of abortion now resides in the hands of state legislatures and federal government legislatures if they so choose to weigh in and write laws.
