that wont cover the murder of a child,,,I agree actually. We need a new amendment to the Bill of Rights for privacy and bodily autonomy.

Don’t you know that Dems believe their supporters are too stupid/broke to go to the corner store and spends $3 on some condoms. Or even go to the local clinic and get some for free.no its not,, if a women doesnt want to get prego she can buy her own contraception or not have sex,,
on second thoughts I think the government provide and should force them on birth control and require permission on who and when they can have sex,,Don’t you know that Dems believe their supporters are too stupid/broke to go to the corner store and spends $3 on some condoms. No, her statement is FACT. Yours as always is a lie. There was NEVER a Constitutional right to an abortion. As noted by experts on BOTH sides. Now point out where the Constitution mentions abortion. Go.That is what THIS activist Supreme Court determined in a decision strictly on ideological lines, unlike multiple prior court decisions which recognized it as a Constitutional right and upheld it as a Constitutional right. Take choice. Given that precedent no longer matters this decision could easily be overturned when the make up of the court changes. It was a Constitutional right for 50 years then poof, it wasn’t. Your statement is your opinion only.
Prior to this court, it was very rare, can only think of one. Precedence and case law is supposed to matter. This court is engaged in a partisan dismantling of past decisions the right simply doesn’t agree with. This is the ONLY time a Constitutional civil right was recognized and 50 years later taken away.Ummmmmmmmmmm, this Supreme Court ruled that there is no right for this written in the Constitution. Funny how the left always wants to frame this as a women's rights issue but don't seem to give a shit about a human being's right to life and not be murdered. I'm curious though, do you believe that the Supreme Court can overrule one of their own past decisions? Think before you answer.
sshes got to much blood in her eyes from the blood lust to see anything clearly,,,It seems Coyote doesn’t think the SCOTUS decision sent this back to the states. Take your funny faces and no rebuttal and hit the bricks.
abortion is not and never has been a right you stupid skank,,,,Prior to this court, it was very rare, can only think of one. Precedence and case law is supposed to matter. But, since they set this precedent, than that when the court makeup changes…this can overruled along with others like the recent gun one, Heller, Citizens United.
I'm anti abortion not pro life,,,Ironic when a pro-lifer bleats about saving children and banning abortion then turns around and blasts any attempt at regulating guns.

In a first, firearms became leading cause of death for U.S. children and teens
Gun deaths among children and teens rose by 29 percent in a single year, largely because of an increase in homicides.www.nbcnews.com
Have you read the ruling? Because their finding is that abortion isn't a constitutional right and the previous court ruling that it was a constitutional right was in error. Absent federal laws on abortion it was kicked back to the states to decide. The legality of abortion now resides in the hands of state legislatures and federal government legislatures if they so choose to weigh in and write laws. That doesn't even begin to touch on the precedent this activist in removing a Constitutional right granted 50 years ago.
So says the shithouse lawyer. There is no question that overruling Roe will have severe implications for women at all levels, for years to come. That doesn't even begin to touch on the precedent this activist in removing a Constitutional right granted 50 years ago. I have never before heard of an individual right being taken away.
The effects will be devastating for many women.
Time to stop pretending this is "good for women" as if they are nothing more than stupid cows who don't know what how to make their own healthcare decisions.
Here is a taste of what to expect. Feel free to add more examples.

Vague 'medical emergency' exceptions in abortion laws leave pregnant people in danger, doctors say
Medical emergency exceptions are so vaguely defined in abortion laws, and with such harsh penalties for providers, physicians say they will be effectively unable to provide proper care.www.statnews.com
The wording varies slightly from state to state. Texas allows abortion for “a medical emergency”; Louisiana’s bill makes an exception to prevent “death or substantial risk of death,” or “permanent impairment of a life-sustaining organ”; and Idaho permits abortion “to prevent the death of the pregnant woman.” On Thursday, Oklahoma legislators approved a bill that would ban nearly all abortions starting from fertilization, with an exception to save the life of the mother “in a medical emergency.”
Those exceptions are so vaguely defined, and with such harsh penalties for providers deemed to have violated the terms, physicians say they will be effectively unable to provide proper medical care or even discuss abortion with patients.

How so? The right to keep and bear arms is founded in protecting peaceable law abiding lives not taking lives.Ironic when a pro-lifer bleats about saving children and banning abortion then turns around and blasts any attempt at regulating guns.
the people are welcome to petition their state gov to allow abortions,,Right now the US is turning into a Supreme Court led Christian Caliphate.
At some point people are going to snap.
I'm pretty sure none of their rulings mentioned or relied upon Christianity or God. What makes you believe the US is turning into a Supreme Court led Christian Caliphate?Right now the US is turning into a Supreme Court led Christian Caliphate.
