they don't. But it is obvious that while they accuse the right of disrespect for the constitution, they themselves violate it on a daily basis.

Twitter, under left control, coddled their employees, violated the free speech of conservatives, engaged in voter suppression, free exchange of ideas, voter fraud...and all was well with leftist democrats. NOW that Musk runs twitter, the SF mayor is looking into the fact that Twitter has beds for employees that need a little rest at the place of employment.

I’m not certain a judge can order a city council not to pass a law. But I am certain a judge can nullify that law making it the same as if it had never been passed.
