So did Liberty. Can't just go by record as they all don't play the same teams at the same site at the same time. It is not easy being a SUIT in a room with chicks and cellphones texting with Nick Saban. Obviously FSU played what they think are WEAKER teams up to this point.

No FSU was left out because their QB is hurt and the committee doesn't want a boring game in CFP. It has nothing to do with their schedule. If Jordon Travis were available FSU would be in the CFP. And let's by honest here they were looking for any reason to put Alabama in. Alabama's schedule looked tough before the year started but given how the year played out it's pretty pedestrian. Thankfully this is the last year we have to deal with this stupidity.

He is mostly right. Say you have 200 bets come in. They try to set the odds so that 100 land on each side. They will move the odds if it appears too many are betting on one side. That minimizes their risk as best as possible.

They can also set the payback at -10% on each side (Bet 110 to win 100). Therefore no matter what happens they make money.
Imagine100 persons bet $110 and lost. Those get ZERO payback.
Imagine 100 bet $110 and won (but only won $100). Those get paid back $210 total.
VEGAS has $1100 in the bank (from the losers).
VEGAS had to pay out $1000 extra to the winners...plus their original bet $110 each.
So they end up with a 10% handling fee at least.
Only $100 in this case but with Millions bet it would be in the six figures.

they tried to send a message to little school Liberty types. Giving them the most powerhouse Offense in the nation do deal with in the bowl game (OREGON). They are trying to set it up so Liberty gets blown out so badly they can say "see, its' not a power 5 conference". Hoping we don't realize that ORE would score truckloads on all but 3 or 4 schools in the nation. It was Amazing the WASH was able to handle them twice. That is not easy. Hats' off to the Huskies.
Inside a dome.....ORE has more speed than almost any team in the Nation and coached to utilize it.

Liberty just scored 49 on NMSU (who scored 31 to beat AUB at AUB).
Can Liberty maintain that vs ORE? This is what makes these bowl games so interesting.
Note, LIBERTY AVG nearly 45 points per game in the USA conference.

I said no way Michigan will beat Ohio State, win the Big 10 game, then win both playoff games. If tey do that will be a miracle. But one of the 4 teams is going to do it. Why not Michigan? If BAMA whips Michigan then they beat Texas after they beat Washington, then Bama should have been in the playoffs. If they lose it should have been FSU. In my mind.

12 teams is pretty stupid. It should be 16.

I am pissed at FSU. They could have scored another 7 points instead of just taking a knee for 3 plays. I thought at the time the coach was making a big mistake by doing this. Now he paid the price for being old school. I hope he learned something.
