Coach Belichick does have a lot to prove as a head coach.

But I think the Belichick era is coming to a close. He has been successful because he had a formula that worked, and he had a hand in personnel moves. But the Patriots personnel isn't as good now. Yeah he wasn’t successful at Cleveland. Who would of thought that since the Browns were for many years the worst franchise in the game with absolute idiots in their front office.They are still underachievers. As far as not thinking Brady was good enough to start I think you are forgetting they had a very successful QB at the time with Drew Bledsoe. He led them to the playoffs four times, two division titles, a super bowl appearance and made the pro bowl 3 times. He also was the number one pick of his draft who had just signed a ten year extension. This was in an era where starters didn’t lose their job due to an injury. After all that Brady still won the job so who cares what he planned what he did is what matters. As far as the Giant’s wins with Parcels your comments prove that you don’t know much about the game but also your hatred won’t let you admit you’re just wrong.
