I'm just going by what the media called it: .380. When I first saw the picture of that pistol, I assumed it was a 38 Super, like the one Colt used to make. Apparently Rock Island also makes one chambered in a 38 Super, as well as a .380 ACP. But the Rock Island ..380 is a smaller pistol than the one they make which is chambered in 38 Super, so I'm thinking Cole Allen's gun was a 38 Super.

Yep, now Cole's defense team wants both AG Branche and Jeanine Pirro to both be kicked off the case (the chief prosecution) because both were there that night and they consider it a conflict of interest because either could be called to testify!

All I can say is that his lawyers have balls; another example of the corruption of law because these lawyers MUST know Cole is guilty, and they are fighting tooth and nail to get a guy off who tried to murder a sitting president not to save an innocent man's life but just to further their career.

Even funnier that Cole has denied his guilt.

• There is a ton of evidence tying him to the event, he was tackled after shooting secret service and has stated he did not intend to come out alive.

Both Robinson and Allen should both have already been found guilty and executed for their crimes, instead, neither trial has even really begun yet, on two people ostensibly already KNOWN to be guilty.
