They didn't anticipate Tulsi. Who knows who put her up to that (Bidens campaign?), but she was given more time than usual to put a fork in Harris with only a couple of breaths.

Repubs do that to. They have made sure that conservatives are knocked out of the lead on the Repub ticket for president for many elections.
