I approve as well, but I had to chuckle when he stated the NBA was "multicultural & multiethnic". No it isn't Mr. Commisioner, you have some token whites and Ive yet to see another Asian since Yao, and where the heck are all the Latinos or Arabs? Other than that laughable statement...he did great.

I'm not a sports enthusiast but I do like to watch NBA basketball and it appears to me that Negroes are exceptionally adaptable to the skill requirements of that game. I'm sure there would be more Caucasian and Asian players in the NBA if the somatotypes and reflexive acuities of those ethnicities were equal to those of the Negro.

One of the things here that I have to laugh a little about, is after the announcement of the over the top punishment, Kevin Johnson said something like, that it shows there will be zero tolerance of of any racism.
Yet first of all, I guarantee you that just like in the NFL, there will be and continue to be black players using the "n" word, and calling white players "cracker".

Also, the NBA may think they've sterilized their facilities by keeping this racist from ever setting foot on any NBA court ever again, but I guarantee you there will be in every NBA crowd sitting watching one of their games white fathers who don't want their white daughters dating black guys, black fathers not wanting their black daughters to date white guys, Latino fathers who don't want their Latino daughters dating either.

Sterling is being punished because this is just the straw that broke the camels back. This is not his first rodeo nor is it the most important. The fact that his words were taped delivers a more potent message that drives home what was already known about the retard from long ago. He and his wife have damaged untold amounts of Mexican and Black families lives with their real estate dealings. Thats the real story. The millionaire basketball players will recover because they are professionals...and frankly they are wealthy.

The flip side of all the fathers that dont want their daughters marrying out of their race is that more fathers will have evolved enough to know it doesnt matter.

I realize Sterling has a history of racism outside the league, but my understanding this punishment is strictly in response to this single incident.
If that indeed is the case, IMO the punishment is overkill.

I am curious to know how the recording was made of what appears to be a private conversation. And I'd like to know what his relationship to that young(er) girl is. Because even though I'm sure he knows Magic Johnson has AIDS he said he doesn't care if she "*****" him. That seems to exclude the likelihood of any romantic aspect in their relationship. So if her social inclinations are so offensive to him, why doesn't he just send her packing? He certainly can afford to replace her with an equally attractive bimbo.

Now that a level of punishment has been imposed on Sterling what effect will that have on the root cause of the controversy, which is his already well-known racist disposition? Will it automatically cause all the White racists in America to change their thinking? I don't think so.

Sports that take hand eye coordination such as nascar and hockey for example are dominated by whites. Its the amount of practice you get retard. I've played with white players. There is absolutely no difference

That does not equal practice stupid. I have a snowboard in my garage. Havent touched in 2 years. You were closer to the truth when you mention intimidation. The white guys I played with were not intimidated and they played just as well. Some even made it to the NBA.
