While people line up to blindly proclaim that his firing was unjust… let me tell you something General George did that lacked integrity…

The biggest "problem" in the officer corps is that the culture rewards those who blindly do what they are told to do, hoping to make their bosses look good. On the battlefield, that might be a good thing, but in normal practice (98% of military activity), it leads to bad decision-making.

The Officer corps was told several years ago that their performance ratings would be significantly impacted by their enthusiasm for DEI and similar bullshit. Instead of pushing back and jeopardizing their efficiency reports, the just did it. Now the officer corps is infested with wimmin and POC's who are not qualified either technically or temperamentally for the positions of authority that they hold.

The same is true in big city police departments.

God Bless President Trump for trying to stop the nonsense and return to merit-based promotions.

Why not criticize the general for a wrongdoing. If someone is not qualified, they should not get a leg up because they are white or black or male or female. That’s it.. This has to be called out.

No man is perfect. You could still support him. I’ve done this with Trump and other people I voted for him many times.
Who said she is not qualified

Obvious projection from a Democratic party of slavery supporter.
Your party is literally protecting pedophiles, trying to erase the history of slavery, and is highly supportive of the confederacy that fought to maintain slavery in the civil war :itsok:

We both know this thread is intended as a bad faith swipe at black people. Go look at OP's post history. Boy spends his life scouring the internet for news about minorities to fuel his anger.
If it is I’ll call it out.. excalibur

Do you think blacks are inferior to whites?

Moving on You and rightwinger should call out the general for this,

“In 2024, Gen. George approved a command slate override for a Black female officer who had failed the Battalion Command Assessment Program (BCAP) twice.

Another General, Gen. Charles Hamilton had:
  • Attended her board uninvited.
  • Attempted to sway panel members.
  • Lobbied George directly for a waiver.

Despite this egregious ethical violation of the process, George approved the promotion anyway, overriding BCAP’s judgment.”

Who said she is not qualified

It is in the OP.

In 2024, Gen. George approved a command slate override for a Black female officer who had failed the Battalion Command Assessment Program (BCAP) twice.[/b

Well, we can see he was full on DEI.

That Biden appointed him should have been a clue.

While people line up to blindly proclaim that his firing was unjust… let me tell you something General George did that lacked integrity…

An anecdote of the woke nonsense that Gen. George was up to…

In 2024, Gen. George approved a command slate override for a Black female officer who had failed the Battalion Command Assessment Program (BCAP) twice.

Another General, Gen. Charles Hamilton had:- Attended her board uninvited.- Attempted to sway panel members.- Lobbied George directly for a waiver.

Despite this egregious ethical violation of the process, George approved the promotion anyway, overriding BCAP's judgment.
