"Orbit Wobble" would not change the IR readings of the satellites at all.

"Shade Issues" constant for the duration of the balloons could possibly be used for a one time uptick or downtick of all data, but in no way cause a flat line to become a slant. That's just pathetic. If the shade cost 2 degrees the whole chart would be upped 2 degrees AND STILL NOT SHOW ANY WARMING
