The only border with a significant volume of border jumpers is the southern one. There are no cartels in Canada smuggling large numbers of illegal aliens across the border. The Atlantic and Pacific bar any easy importation of illegals with the Chinese snake heads resorting to using containers to smuggle illegals despite a significant number of deaths in every container.
