1. Ever wonder why prices are so high in California? Is it partially because it is a beautiful place.......yes! But the real reason is LEFTISTS. Now all Leftists just rolled their eyes. (admit it Leftists, you did) Here is the DEAL----------->REGULATION! If a builder goes and wants to build a sub-division, he puts in the plans, has to pay for the studies, and at the very best, if it is approved, it will take 10........let me spell that for you...T-E-N years to approve. At worst 20 years, obscene is never, and the whole time the builder has to pay for the studies, lololol. The enviro, the water study, fire study, etc, etc. In essence, you have very little NEW HOUSING in California. What you do have is many, many, many, more illegals. This causes a HOUSING SHORTAGE, and by the law of supply and demand, the price of housing rises!

2. What about New York? Well, they have a DIFFERENT problem. What the geniuses there did is REGULATE rents. If you stay put, your rent is kinda locked in. So what do the owners do? They try to get you to move, or hope you die, lol. Why do builders/people build new multiple dwellings folks? HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, to make money! So why would you build an apartment building anywhere in a rent controlled area, that once you rent it after being built, you sorta can NOT raise the rent a year or 2 down the road? Does that sound PROFITABLE TO YOU? What does this LEFTIST, GOVERNMENT, INTERFERENCE cause? Housing shortages!

Basically, the DEMOQUACKS are the creators of problems they rail about. Their government rules stop investment in communities. Of course, those lucky enough to be housed come out ahead, but those wanting in are priced out of the market. And then, you add their absurd taxes into the mix, and only the POOR...........yes I said it, only the POOR........are willing to spend the money to stay, because if they worked for the money that they pay out, it would NOT be worth it. Everybody else says, "I am out of here!"

So how does......shall we say.....New York State get away with this craziness? Well, believe it or not, New Yorks tax rate is rather reasonable at 4%. But, if you live in New York City, they add......you ready for it..... a 4.5% CITY TAX on, lololol. Then, to add insult to injury, they a 0.375% tax for transportation, hehehehehehehehe.

Anyway, as an aside, the most tax FRIENDLY states overall as of this post are-------> Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming.

Who are the top 5 worst states?------------->New York, Hawaii, Vermont, Maine, California.

And so, if looking at these states you do not see a political pattern, lol. Then you are blind in one eye, and can not see out of the other-)

Frankly a lot of young men are happy to be living in there parents basement or a tiny apartment smoking dope all day, Watching porn all day that’s a good day for them. They have no interest in meeting a real woman.

If the population takes a downside, that wouldn't necessarily be bad in the long run. We already have a significantly larger population than we have had for most of human history.

South Korea is the place to watch. Their population age demographic looks like an inverted pyramid. They have no children and are not on a path to restore it. Their Government is still in Chaos.

Within 10 years they will collapse completely due to no more young people being available to do young people tasks.
