The communist wet dream of owning NOTHING is coming to fruition in the US.

To the Federal Reserve's credit, they are artificially elevating interest rates to continue this trend.

We should all learn to speak Chinese.

Hoping the GOP can hold on to the power long enough to start turning things around. The government should make it attractive and financially feasible to marry again. Major welfare reform will go a long way toward accomplishing that.

We need to push old fashioned Christian morality again. Get married before you have kids. Be responsible and accountable in taking care of yourself, your family, your kids.

Restoring prosperity for all and making it attractive to own your own home again, making that affordable again, will strengthen communities and America overall in a way the welfare mentality never can.

South Korea is the place to watch. Their population age demographic looks like an inverted pyramid. They have no children and are not on a path to restore it. Their Government is still in Chaos.

Socialists are blocking just about EVERY cultural advancement aimed at trying to create a stable economy and family life possible for people to once again start a family.

Within 10 years they will collapse completely due to no more young people being available to do young people tasks.

Schools are largely empty.
Daycare? No need for that either.

No matter what their culture is going to have a huge hole in it. So with no soldiers except for geriatrics to man the border from North Korean invasion....they will fall soon enough.

It's over for them.....meanwhile the political games continue.

The day building supplies began their hyperinflation ...

Career carpenter here ... there's a severe shortage of cheap housing because homes cost 10 times as much as 20 years ago ... not so much 30-year-olds but 60-year-olds can't afford to downsize and sell the old family home off to the next generation ... we've learned that buying a condo and moving to Florida is a really really bad idea ...

I see equity firms buying up all this real estate as the symptom, not the disease ... the problem is dwindling building supplies ... demand is outstripping supply, so costs increase ...

My first home was a true hovel ... an old chicken coop hastily converted to residential back in the 1950's or so ... with my skills and a great market, I tripled my money in 5 years flat ... there was sacrifice, like delaying potty training until after I got a toilet set up ... the alder tree sending shoots up in the kitchen ... ants ants ants ants everyplace ... you get the idea ...

Do your laws even allow hovels to be bought and sold today? ... and construction is dangerous, so add spiraling health care costs to the bill ...

I'm watching the legislation they are passing, what is on the table they are currently debating. So I have more confidence in the current GOP than you do. I hope I'm right, but so far they have not disappointed. They just need a stronger majority to get past the Democrats that are obstructing in every way they have to do that.
