Civil war?

I used to laugh at people who said that the US was on the verge of Civil war, but after watching Left wing radicals try to assassinate conservative Supreme Court justices after being egged on by the Democrat party, and then the same party not coming out immediatly to condemn the incident, and then going so far as not support measures to protect those in the Supreme Court after the assassination attempt, and also supporting protests at the homes of these threatened justices, which is against the law, but not enforced by Merrick Garland and his partisan Brown shirts, I have to say, the US may be on the verge

James Buchannon is often referred to as the worst President in US history because he mismanaged the political strife of slavery during his day. And in like manner, Biden is mismanaging the political strife of the abortion issue during his day. In fact, he was on Jimmy Kimmel last night and did not say a word about the attempted murder of US officials on the Supreme Court

The message? I don't care. Not my problem. I actually approve.

We are at war.

At least James Buchannon could form complete sentences and walk without shuffling around like an Alzhiemeres patient.

At least he did not oversee an economy in decline and a border that is about to be breached by the largest illegal caravan in US history, and yes, I said ILLEGAL!! What they are doing is still illegal on the books, but then, democrats do as they please and expect the rest of us to abide by laws only they approve of.
"I used to laugh at people who said that the US was on the verge of Civil war"

No you didn't

You're not, but are you speaking for you or the whole of the leftist agenda ? Otherwise is the leftist at war with the Republican's and Christian's in this country ? Many indicators are saying yes, because the two parties platforms won't lock in like a puzzle with each other, and probably never will. But who are the agressor's and who are the defender's ??
The fragility.........

There is only ONE SIDE who daily, for the past 150 years, constantly opined about a Civil War...

When policies of re-Construction started being implemented...these same morons talked about a Civil War....

When the Civil Rights movement made it no longer acceptable to be blatantly racist.....these same morons talked about a Civil War...

And every time, they accused the "OTHERS" of being the one who is going to start it.....yet, its ALWAYS them talking about it...

Then whenever one of these nutcases, who are also fixated on Civil Wars, goes and murders a bunch of people behind their paranoia.....the same Conservatives turn bitch and act like the idea of a Civil War is stupid and only Democrats want that....

Yall are clowns

It blows my mind when I see people saying "oh, it's always been like this".

As our political spectrum becomes more polarized, each end (evidently unknowingly) feeds into the other with its own behaviors. That's a function of a political system that incentivizes and rewards the very worst impulses of its participants.

It appears that many of us are just fine with this.

Have you ever considered NOT being such a completely obvious part of this polarization process?

You just couldn't resist saying "orange", now could you?

You will lose your civil war the same as the confederacy in 1865. There are more of us than the Trump Cult, we are better armed, and we have the military on our side. So try your ashley babs maneuvers and see where it gets you. We have plenty of prisons for the cult.

Nancy Lugosi's Husband get's off a DUI Crash Scot Free
Democrat equals above the law. Hillary destroys around 15 mobile devices she was asked to hand over in an investigation and a few months later Trump falsely gets accused of obstruction. Democrat run investigation equals coverup for their own guilt. It keeps happening over and over. Parents being accused of terrorism by the justice dept. for voicing objections during school board meetings to Leftists trying to teach their kids deranged ideologies. Meanwhile it’s Democrats that are attacking and harassing republican politicians.

And then they wonder why we’re heading towards civil war. it looks like that’s exactly what the Democrats want, because they keep fanning the flames. Biden was supposed to unite, remember?

An entire mob descends upon Capitol Hill to overthrow Congress and you think the idea of a looming civil war is laughable.

A single crazed individual gets arrested for his crimes, and all of a sudden civil war is real.

That's how I know you're part of the problem.

An big group of protesters descends upon capital hill because for the first time in this country’s history, millions of mail in ballots were used in an election, without proper verification. And they had the right to, unlike the Leftist inspired looting, killing and burning encouraged by Democrat politicians.

and now they’re doing a banana republic mock trial to provide interference for a party and presidency that is on the verge of collapse.

When I was young the dems were JFK Dems not what we have today.

The left cannot be negotiated with. So here we are. Senators like a Schumer threatening SCOTUS and nothing to him. Screw that

Not very likely.
More likely an attempt to take down democracy, which could result in a divide forming within the military.
It would appear that this sort of a situation that's forming in America would quickly and decisively put down a fascist attempt against the country, but the situation is somewhat reversed in America today.
America has always taken measures to put down attempts at social (socialism) reform at home and abroad but never had to challenge a fascist takeover by its extreme right.

I see it more likely that the pseudo-war will begin with illegal political action between the two sides, then be escalated to numerous gun murders on the streets. It will be questionable whether the police will uphold the law, especially in the south.

Rather than war, the feeling being expressed here are a recipe for widespread bloodshed on the streets. No doubt that the racism factor will play a big part in it if the gun action starts.

Anyone that knows what war actually looks like knows we arent even close to it.

We're just a bunch of disorganized people that either want to be left alone or rattle our sabers at another tribe we don't like. There is no war coming soon.

We might have some civil unrest but that's about it. Most Americans are soft and weak and even if begrudgingly they are sheep that can be herded. Most Americans take the path of least resistance, and a civil war is not that path.

The current administration would have to do something major in order to spark a civil war. But they are gradual, always pushing the line just enough people may not like it but they adjust to it.

We're like a wild hog. You can't just put up a trap and put food in it, they won't go in. But if you put food out and every couple days put another fence up and build the trap over time eventually they will go after the food and the door closes behind them. They ignore traps they see being built slowly.

You personally can play your role of encouraging gun violence.

These "wars" are happening only in your paranoid, hyperbolic thought processes.

Disagreements are not wars. WARS are wars.
Might be the dumbest thing you've ever said. And based on the body of your work... that's actually quite an achievement.

We are here right now... and have been for some time... as far back as W. I'd say...

Your ignorance only shapes your perception... not reality.
