Why is it that the cities with the highest african-american population are also the cities with the highest crime rates,highest unemployment and homeless rates, worst economies and the most abandonded neighborhoods?

People of all races need to be responsible for their own actions and livelihood.Every time the government gives someone a handout when they are capable of working and supporting themselves, we are getting that much closer to becoming a socialist nation, Soon there will be no liberty to save. The old argument that the minorities dont have the opportunities that the whites have is a lie .If you are black, hispanic or queer in this country you have more opportunity than a white person, yet the white people are the ones working to support them.

Are you serious? How can Blacks have a lower IQ when they have White blood flowing thru their viens? Now, I'm sure that if you were a slave owner there is no way YOU would even touch a Black slave woman. You are so much better as a human being. Blacks folks like me are just dirt under the rug and all we are good for is to wipe the dust off your feet. No way would you stoop so low as to have a relationship with a person that is not the same skin color as you. Jesus wasn't your skin color, do you hate him too?

you make a good point. the more white blood, the higher the IQ. on average of course. that fact significantly supports the genetic explanation of intelligence.

Yes -- African blacks, undiluted by white blood, have the lowest IQ's, while American blacks have something a little higher.

Because entitlement programs create oppression in those with no education or ambition, and dealing drugs brings in more money, than legally working for a living.

Good people should always look for a solution to the problems in this nation, but before we can find a solution we have to fully understand the problem. government handouts are not the solution, these people need to learn to take care of themselves. there are too many people that use this forum to condemn others, both racist and reverse racist if there is such a thing.
If the iq of the black man or his low moral character and general lack of discipline is an issue than it certainly needs to be taken into consideration in dealing with the issues of the black community. If bigotry and prejudice, along with entitlement and enabling are issues they also need to be considered.
None of us has the right to place ourselves above others based upon race or color or any other physical charactaristic which we have no control over.A man should be judged by his character not his color. Unfortunately there are also some ugly truths that need to be recognized which I mentioned earlier.
One of these truths is that our ancestors brought the negroes over here and enslaved them and bred them for certain physical and mental qualities, much like horses.sad but true.had they been left in their own country, very few of them would have risen above the conditions that most native blacks live in in their own tribal communities. Therefore are we obligated to support these people because they are incapable of doing better than they are, considering that we brought them over here?I dont think so.

I think that one solution would be to take away their handouts and let the big corporations come in and build factories and let the factories supply the inner city people(not just blacks) with free housing in return the people work for a wage that is much lower than minimum wage, other labor laws would still apply. another option would be to let the companies deduct the cost of housing from the pay of the workers. they could also have a company store. the program would have to be overseen by a government agency to make sure it was not abused, there would also have to be heavy security to prevent crime.this could help stop the flow of our jobs overseas, tax breaks for these corporations would help.If they dont work they get evicted.
Another solution is to triple the police presence in high crime areas and impose the death penalty on convicted drug dealers. We have to stop the drug and gang violence.
There would be some suffering but that is necessary for them to learn to support themselves.
As far as i can tell, the only thing MLK accomplished was to breed a strong hatred for whites in the minds of blacks.they still live the same as they did 50 years ago, only now we give them money and they hate us.
Bleeding heart liberals that refuse to see that the blacks are responsible for the situation are only making things worse.The ones that said we need to give them money are the same ones that say our handouts have stripped them of their will.
