Do both! July 4th is burgers and dogs. Cinqo is Fajitas. I also celebrate Potato Day and Red Beans and Rice Day, and of course every day is Bourbon Day.

I have in the past, but I am not big on beans. Never did like refried beans, other Mexican food yes, just not the beans.

This is fair. Pinto beans and Charro beans are great as well.

We will be waiting until Saturday and having a party. Fajita steak (beef and chicken), Mexican Rice, pinto beans, Tres Leches, grilled jalapeno corn, salsa, queso, grilled onions and peppers, chips, Margs!
