So they can infect others, god be praised. Seriously, what's wrong with these idiots? Can they not just gather outside with masks and social distancing. My church is a "inner city" parish and we don't have an outside parking lot. (a bank nicely has let us use their indoor and covered lot for years. we even have our own doorway into the parking lot. but it's no good for pandemics) But the sunday school reading group has been meeting in an outdoor "mall." The govt doesn't care. The mall doesn't either because there's a coffee shop making money.
