This is perfect example of what is wrong with the US today. People get their 'news' from biased media outlets and then have no clue what is really going on around them. This story focuses on a small piece of the NBC poll to sensationalize it and get their clicks.

The headline of the GatewayPundit piece is: New NBC Poll Finds 74% of Americans Say Country is on Wrong Track, “Americans Are Angry, Disappointed And Worried”. The title of the actual NBC article is NBC News poll: 57% of voters say investigations into Trump should continue.

Anyone else see a difference?

So what are these people viewing as the 'Wrong Track'? Six in 10 — 61% — say they’re so upset by something that they’re willing to carry a protest sign for an entire day. Asked what their protest sign would say, the top responses among Democratic voters are “Women’s rights,” “Equal rights,” “Prosecute Trump” and “Abortion rights.” And the top responses among Republican voters are “Impeach Biden,” “Protect our freedom,” “Protect 2nd Amendment,” and “Stop Democrats.” Somehow those nuances didn't make it into the original piece.

I definelty agree with premise in this clip. Most normal people agree with Republican policies, even *gasp*, Trump’s policies, but many blindly believe the headlines and short blips they get from left-wing MSM and social media regarding Trump and Republicans.

These folks are the epitome of blind sheep. Just look how many on this board, you know, those that actually do follow the news, still believe many of the lies perpetuated by the MSM. For example, Trump is a racist because he called white supremicists “fine people”. They still believe that out of context quote and have no interest in reading it in context. It’s amazing, but not surprising given the direction our school system has been heading for the last couple of decades.

Most of that is true but I do want to point out, generally speaking, for the most part, the left are more into protesting than the right are. They are born with the protest gene and must have something to protest about all the time. If they got everything they wanted they would be protesting too many holes in Swiss cheese.
