No, you are not doing better. I would take a substantial quality of life cut if I moved to Chicago, regardless of the salary. You have been told you are doing better, but the reality is you aren’t. Again, you can make as much or more than your salary in the South and live in many areas in the South with a much better quality of life. Cleaner, less crime, larger and nicer home, space, etc. That doesn’t even take into include the far better weather. Actually, Chicago is a great tourist town. I live out in one of the nicer suburbs, but the wife and I have gone downtown a bunch of times. (I'm not the touristy type, but Mrs. B131 is. She wants to see everything.)

Maybe again Joe? There are some other factors that add to the cheating. Kamala doesn't have white skin. The polls are still undecided. The electoral college system is always going to make it a horse race.
There are other factors that I can see as a foreigner that you may not see on account of what it would mean if he makes it.
