China is on the March and increasingly threatening to Taiwan

There is a couple of ways this thing could go.....at this time I expect China to increase the pressure on Taiwan, perhaps even initiating a limited military action of some sort....all designed to set up a 'negotiation' between America and China regarding the future of Taiwan.....I expect in secret once the negotiations are underway China will inform biden that if they cannot come to an agreement that they will commence to conduct an all out war on Taiwan and take control of it whatever the costs.

They will also inform Biden if America intervenes then they will have no alternative but to attack America.

Biden will shit his pants literally and then consent to China's deal....which will be remarkably similar to the one they made with the U.K. regarding the future of Hong Kong.

Japan will not fight China without American support....Taiwan will also give in to China who will make a lot of promises to Taiwan...all of which they will break after Taiwan is firmly under their control aka Hong Kong.

The rich off shore Chinese who rule Taiwan will understand all that but they will see an opportunity to save their wealth or at least much of it and considering the alternative of all out war they will jump at the chance to maintain their wealth.
This Paper Tiger Will Crumble Just Like Its Shoddy Products Do

We should get our military out of the Far East. The mainland takeover of Taiwan will finally motivate Japan, both Koreas, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Brunei to form an alliance that will be far more intelligent and more militarily motivated than whatever the Chinese can throw at them.

At times the United states that helps nations also seems to undermine others. An agreement with china and Taiwan where perhaps over a period of years, maybe decades China gets Taiwan on the basis that North Korea is detoothed and is blended with South Korea as a unified and free nation.
Real Men Dig Doug

It would have been unified and free for the past 70 years if Truman had been a true man.

The Chinese proved that the other side's having nuclear weapons is not much of a deterrent if its leaders don't have the guts to use them. We also should have nuked Tora Bora.
China is following LeMay’s strategy per the Cuban missile crisis. LeMay believed to soviets would not respond as their choice was not feasible. The Chinese assumed we would not respond to their bio-WMD attack and it appears they were right.
Now all we’ve done is to invite more aggression.
Democrats need to be exterminated.

We are not the only nuclear power ....as in....if we start tossing them around it greatly increases the odds someone else will....there is a time and place for them but tora bora was not one.

MacArthur could have rebounded from his disastrous first adventure into N. Korea and gone on to subdue China....but it would not have been all that easy....if you read the redacted testimony regarding why Truman fired Mac you will see that.

Our military at that time was much less powerful than most know about....we were just out of WWII and our military had greatly withered by the 50's.

Plus the people were against the war.

Still....the real question being would the Russians have intervened?

China is about to have a massive real estate crash.

A war with Taiwan will be a welcome distraction.

USN, US Navy. Its a fact that they cruise in claimed waters all the time protecting freedom of navigation.
I saw the un but missed the S somehow.

China is not yet ready to go up against the U.S. Navy but that day is coming...much sooner than many realize.

China sent a high of 50 combat aircraft near Taiwan yesterday!
It is just a short matter of time before China unleashes the 'Dogs of War'.
And Joe Biden will do exactly what his Chinese masters order. He will stay far away. Joe will also profit from the sale of Hunter’s amateur paintings to rich people in China. Xi Jinping will likely add a couple dozen to his private art collection.

Nato will learn a valuable lesson. Don’t expect the Untied States to ride in and rescue you again once the Russian bear breaks loose. Japan will also arm up and possibly quickly develop a nuclear arsenal.

Japan has nukes already and China knows it.

This might be a good time to talk about Nuclear Weapons.

As in.....is there ever a good time to use them?

During the cold war with Russia we had the infamous MAD doctrine......aka.......Mutual Assured Destruction.

Meaning if Russia attacked us with Nukes we would retaliate with devastating Nuclear Destruction.

Thus neither country would feel safe enough to launch a first strike.

At that time we had The Strategic Air Command which kept nuclear armed bombers in the air 24/7 ready to go at a moments notice.

It seemed to work in that the cold war remained cold.

Such a doctrine depends on adversaries being rational and not wanting to see their countries destroyed.

Another problem is that if one nation develops the capability to attack another nation with a nuclear first strike that would eliminate the possibility of them retaliating.

I would suggest that we may now be in that position....I doubt if China believes that we would retaliate with nukes no matter what they do and the way they played Gen. Milley would reinforce that belief.

General Milley without knowing what he was actually doing demonstrated that China could manuever our top brass into preventing the elected Commander-in-Chief from being able to launch a nuclear attack.

That has enormous ramifications regarding our National Security.

What it comes down to is that even if a Nation has nuclear weapons but will not use them....and it is known they will not use them then they might as well not have them.

Now as a result of Milley and nancy pelosi going behind the Presidents back to essentially remove his control of our nuclear deterrant....they have in a nutshell demonstrated to China and Russia also that our ability to use nuclear weapons if we suffered a first strike would be greatly diminished if not made impossible as in to be able to counter a first strike we would have to act very, very quickly and with milley and pelosi showing that due to the complexity of our nuclear response ...requiring that various people would have to go along with it in order to launch such a response it would require too much time...in other words....by the time all these people approved it...we would have already been neutered as in no longer having the capability to retaliate which would of course tend to make them more apt to launch one.

Well at least Taiwan is not starting from scratch.

O
Japan has nukes already and China knows it.

Any important nation would be wise to have the best deterrent it can in our world.

That weakness as in giving the Aussies the secrets of our Nuke powered sub and helping Japan's military be forward projecting for the first time since WWII needed.

Oh and the weakness of extended all of Trump's trade tariffs against China
Trump, Trump, Trump, and get my pussy hat!

China's increasing of pressure by invading Taiwan's airspace is just a softening up exercise to get the Biden regime accustomed to China's dominance of Taiwan.

We can expect this pressure to increase until a point is reached that they feel safe to take some sort of actual military action against Taiwan.

I think this will be sooner rather than later.....definitely before mid-terms.

As they see their man Biden getting weaker and weaker they are going to speed up whatever it is they have planned for Taiwan....thinking it best to strike before the democrats are thoroughly defeated in the mid-term elections.

Not going to happen.

So why would Japan have plutonium and no bombs or delivery systems, that makes no sense?
IMHO Japan needs to show NK and China that they have nukes too.
They can also afford a few nuclear subs to deliver them.
