In the winter time when you wear a scarf or mask to keep a child warm when they are outside is now abuse.

When I was a kid I always thought my Aunt was trying to strangle me with a scarf during winter and when I got older she told me she tried a few times, so it is possible…

Don't strap a car seat to their face.

Not really the same thing.....is this kid outside? is it 25 degrees? moreover, the kid in the winter time acting up isn't going to be forced. a parent can simply go into a car, or indoors if the child.

Not a great comparison.
