That's why sports should be divided into eras, so you can compare apples to apples.

Baseball does it, because it's easier to see the stat changes from era to era in baseball.

I think Mahomes will definitely pass Brady playoff wins/comebacks when trailing in 4th qtr, he might have 7 if they are trailing Philly in the 4th (Chiefs have never run up big leads on teams, they are likely more comfortable when trailing, and that's why you never bet on them because even if they cover, it's always a sweat) and as far as getting 7 rings, I think the only way he gets there is if he beats Philly and gets his 4th in this SB.

Mahomes makes average wide receivers good. And he picks up first downs. If you score, he scores. And inevitably you fuck up he doesn’t.

How does Kansas City keep a good enough defense and offensive line together? Maybe people take a pay cut to stay on a winning team. Mahomes does. Makes up for it with endorsements.

There is no way to know this, but you are absolutely right, there was no drop-off in Brady's career! He played into his 40's and he retired as one of the best, if not then top 3, QB's in the entire league.
