I hope more than anything that this is reality.

It might upset a lot of democrats! I'm sure you heard that in the House chamber when Johnson called for a moment of silence to pray for Kirk, all of the Democrats there went ballistic. I guess most of them fear catching on fire.

America wants to see Erika Kirk and the Kirk children next to Charlie's casket as he receives such an honor.

I was saddened to hear that his family was present when Kirk was shot. No child should have to see their father murdered by some deranged, twisted, cowardly pervert.

Can't think of anyone who deserves this more.

If there is any uptick to this, TPUSA has exploded in popularity. There has been something like 30,000 new applications around the world to open new TP chapters now, so, maybe God does know what he was doing.

When the world was rid of some counterfeiting sleazebag because he died of an OD fighting arrest, the democrats responded with 5 months of riot, looting, destruction and murder.

When Charlie Kirk was assassinated, the rest of us responded with prayer and unity.

The Left are like a fool who climbs into a lion's cage with a steak of red meat taunting the lion who then complains about getting bitten. I heard Trump on TV this morning and Boy! The Left are really about to get bitten now!

Normally, this is reserved for ex-presidents, in rare occasions, someone like John McCain. This smacks of political gamesmanship.

You are probably partly right Taz, but keep in mind that Kirk was also a friend, even a close friend, to not only the entire Trump family, but to Vance and half the republicans in Washington.

More to the point, there is every reason to believe that in another few years, Kirk would have run for president. And damn, he probably would have won. Kirk had already considered it and said he would make strengthening the american family his #1 goal.

So I'll be obsequious and just conclude by saying that Kirk was such a well-liked and popular leader and symbol for millions of youth in this country that to do any less now would be politically damaging.

Kirk will never get that chance now, but many have argued that Kirk's efforts with TP USA is what helped propel Trump into office, so I have no problem with them bringing him home aboard AF Two, awarding him the Medal of Freedom or having him lie in state.

as any particular "democrat candidate" does not reflect the MINDSETS of every
single preson registered as a democrat-----Tumps does not represent IN ITS ENTIRELY
every aspect of the mindset of everyone who voted for him. The donkey/elephant elections
represent----the CHOICE of the candidate which is the lesser of two evils

My paternal grandmother was a full-fledged limey---not sure of
patermal grandfather----he may have been a child migrant to
Merry Olde--they were very British ----tea and all----bit brit
effect on my dad----his two older sister were also merry olde
tea drinkers------lots of limeys still there on the maternal side
too. -----but I am 100% yankee doodle. Do your yankee relatives laugh
at your accent and funny cuisine?
