CDC leak shows the vaccinated aren't the big Delta risk

The article from this dude that was quoted is nonsense. Something about the FDA withdrawing the emergency authorization of the PCR test from February 2020 because far better tests were developed.

And they’re claiming that no PCR tests can be considered reliable or something.

Total nonsense. Another story that takes a nugget of truth and spins a long “this is what this means” fairy tale.

The CDC is pulling the tests. From their own site. Of course this may be "total nonsense".

"After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only."

Why are you being dishonest?

The problem is when idiots go on long winded bullshit rants about what this means.

It’s almost as if the first test they made isn’t the best possible tests and newer better tests exist so they’re going to use those.

That can’t be the case, right? Crazy.

Why are you being dishonest?

Lol, Im quoting straight from the CDC. Are you really this delusional and gullible? Seriously?

The CDC isn’t the problem. It’s the people who tell you what to think about what the CDC is saying.

Like this fruitcake Rappaport. More fringe internet conspiracy bullshit.

Yeah, the CDC is a big part of the problem, among many others and it has nothing to do with fringe internet conspiracy. I wish it were only kooky stuff.

You guys are idiots who have no idea what you’re talking about.

Like someone pointed out earlier, the scientists of the day were likely calling non-flat earthers idiots.

Many brush science with which they don’t agree under the rug and only accept science that fits the narrative they want to push. The best example is HCL and zinc which, despite evidence to the contrary and recent articles debunking the dangers and lack of efficacy, continue to push the false narrative that it isn’t an effective treatment when given at the appropriate time. Science is not immune to politics and you know that. It should be and once was, but no longer.

The CDC doesn’t want you to think. They want you to believe. You are clearly on board.

The CDC is doing their best. Not perfect, but at least they’re not making matters worse by spreading blatant misinformation like these internet nutters.

What’s wrong with the CDC statement you posted? What’s wrong with taking the EUA off the first COVID test? Why is this an issue?

The scientists of the day were priests who based their belief on biblical passages and dogma. The earth was flat because the Bible references the four corners of the earth. Can’t have corners on a globe, heretic.

Things changed. Scientific method didn’t exist back then.

HCQ doesn’t work. The largest, best trials have all been negative. The people who want to believe it works aren’t being honest. They’re driven by some contrarian desire to be right. That’s why the story about HCQ is always changing.

It can treat COVID.
Trial shows that it doesn’t help hospitalized patients.
Then they say it needs to be given earlier.
Trial shows it doesn’t help outpatients.
Then they say it needs to be given with a Zithromax.
Trial shows it doesn’t help when given with Zithromax.
It needs to be given with zinc.

The fact is these people pushing HCQ can never be proven wrong because they’re constantly changing the claim to avoid evidence that disproves it. This should make a logical person VERY skeptical of the claim.

You are simply wrong. It’s a simple as that. The CDC flat out lied about HCQ been dangerous and you know it. There was/is an agenda.

I might add, scientist don’t like stepping on other scientist‘s toes. That is a well known fact.

You know that you can’t just say “and you know it” as a substitute for a legitimate argument backed with facts.

It just doesn’t work that way.

The claim of an “agenda” is pure conspiratorial nonsense. The FDA approved HCQ for EUA. When the data failed to back it up, they revoked it.

We were told this new variant was coming, We were so pleased at a partial return to normal life we mostly ignored it. Now some of us will pay the price. And some of us sadly will go back to masks & lock down, in the hope of bringing the numbers back down again.

You mean like you?

How do you supposed they know the delta? What to test for? How?

They don't test for the delta variant individually. Rather, the samples are sent off for collective analysis of the genome, and they simply extrapolate what percentage of cases consist of the delta variant. That's how they report the percentage of cases associated with the Delta variant, kind of like sample based polling. The Delta variant has a different stereotype, meaning the antigen, the spike protein, is slightly but distinctly altered. This happens all the time with viruses like this, and there will be many more over time.

My wife, who is a physician keeps on top things in the medical community, particularly in out-patient settings. She, and her colleagues suggested treating out patients with HCQ and AZM back in March of 2020, before Trump mentioned it. Many physicians across the nation were prescribing it to each other before Trump mentioned the drug and politics took over. They stopped filling the prescriptions. Canada was the best option to get the drug for COVID-19 treament.

As you know HCQ has been WIDELY used for decades. Whether it was effective or not, there was absolutely no reason to prevent the prescription of the drug for COVID patients as there is no legitimate study that shows it was dangerous when given in the appropriate dosage. The CDC knew that but lied about that anyway and actually had to retract their statements regarding the dangers, albeit, only after the damage had been done. I firmly believe that if Trump had not mentioned the drug, it would have been used appropriately in an out-patient setting and many lives would have been saved. The only other caveat here is that drug companies stood to make a fortune on a new drug/vaccine and HCQ would have damaged their potential profits as it is generic, readily available and cheap. Politics aside, money likely played a role as well.

Many studies continue to suggest that HCQ and AZM decrease severe illness from COVID-19 by as much as 200% when administered before the disease progresses. You choose to believe the ones that state it isn’t effective. The science is at odds.

Study shows hydroxychloroquine and zinc treatments increased coronavirus survival rate by almost three times

You really should read the entire article linked below. It hits the nail on the head regarding this treatment.
