Most of Biden’s policies thus far have majority support. It’s not surprising that a speech outlining them would have similar support. You can call that “ leaning left” but that would mean a majority then lean left as well.

Do you think companies are going to invest in new plant and equipment if the government is going to tax is all away? Most of the European "socialist" countries you admire do not even tax capital gains or corporate profits.no it doesn't affect everyone....
