The more relevant number to analyze the situation would be to compare President Trump's Congressional address with tater head's last Congressional address a year ago.
President Trump trounced old cornpop by millions.

Only 20% of democrats watched and were polled for the speech. 52% were Trumpers Republicans, the rest were so called independents.

True that Trump got more viewers than Biden, however much less than his first presidency...

Fox news had most tv viewers.
