I watched it. I did not like watching Democrats behave like such sore losers to the point they could not cheer for a child battling cancer or American forces catching a terrorist mastermind intent on harming Americans.

Also, the speech was to show voters that Trump is delivering what he promised, and that the 75% "wrong-track" policies of Joe Biden are being replaced.

Meanwhile back in reality...consumer confidence took it's largest single month drop in 4 years during his first month of his administration.

Many people get their news/shows/movies through streaming services which dramatically skews television viewership numbers.
The more relevant number to analyze the situation would be to compare President Trump's Congressional address with tater head's last Congressional address a year ago.
President Trump trounced old cornpop by millions.

What we need is several presidents in a row who will keep these policies alive and keep passing the torch. We need several presidents in a row who will keep disarming and whittling away at the NWO until they have no more clout in America. Rome had an 85 year period like that in between the bad apples.

Look up Rome's "Five Good Emperors" period, from 96AD to 180AD. We need that here to finally break the grip of the New World Order and keep it that way.
