Craig Brooks, a 26-year-old guest service employee at a Holiday Inn Express in Austin, Texas, spoke with INSIDER about the incident.

I dunno, that all depends on your special circumstances. If your ranting in a vacuum then probably not.
In the case of the woman, she apparently dropped the F bomb along with another highly flammable word on a person she was about to make a business transaction with. Maybe this woman felt like she can insult someone anyway she wants and its ok and just get by with an "im sorry", but we all know in the real world when you are dealing with complete strangers, you just cant go running your mouth and expect everything to be always peachy.
Anything can happen and thats the lesson she probably needs to learn. Doesn't really matter that she's an adult really, some people never learn that lesson until say.... they flip someone off in traffic then become a victim of road rage violence because they underestimated what that complete stranger was going to do in return.

Craig Brooks, a 26-year-old guest service employee at a Holiday Inn Express in Austin, Texas, spoke with INSIDER about the incident.

After taking the unnamed woman's credit card information to book a room, she said she would be there within 10 minutes. Brooks responded he would see her then, but didn't hang up the phone right away.
