Even if they don't do one single thing to directly change the crime rate... removing scores of thousands of Illegal Aliens will go a long way towards accomplishing that same goal, as well as several others...

Having US Marshalls arrest several Sanctuary Jurisdiction officials and transport them to Federal holding pens in Louisiana or Arkansas or Florida or Texas or something and then to indict them in Federal court on Obstruction and Conspiracy charges along the way would certain be an enjoyable and fun bonus...

There are tons and tons of people in the big cities collecting some form of benefits. A quick google search showed that, generally speaking, in large cities, around 15%-20% collect some form of benefits.

I don't generally measure people by the ton but 15%-20% is a minority, mayors are elected by the 80%-85% that are not collecting benefits. Got another theory why the GOP does so poorly in cities?

Putting troops in cities is not the ******* answer, no matter how many op eds you post from The Hill. You amateurs don't have the first clue about how to address the root causes of crime. All you can think about is the most draconian or punitive measures. But for the cost of what's being done now, Trump could help communities implement holistic crime reduction programs as well as programs that address affordable housing.
