On paper, Socialism is the best system. But we don't live in Utopia, reality has shown that Socialism doesn't work. Socialism puts the burden of misery onto all. If anyone is burdened under capitalism, it's because they reap what they sow. So sow better.

I see it more as heading towards fascism:

I remember how Omar completely changed sides, and actually started helping us with the war on terror, then got killed by the order of Obama and the Democrats. Seems the IMF and World Bank did not like Libya lending money in the market the IMF and the World Bank have a monopoly in.

Idris developed social programs in Libya using oil revenue...and the Idris Constitution was enlightened.

Libya was making great strides .. Gaddafi got rid of Tabruk and Wheelus...and damn near destroyed their oil business by nationalizing it prematurely. Too bad. Abdullah Tariki hated Americans with a passion.

Gaddafi had an epiphany and changed his last years. People argue that Obama had him murdered because Libya under Gaddafi's rule was becoming the bank of Africa. Obama was subordinate to the banks, financial institutes, wall st, the IMF, the World Bank (rewarded with hundreds of millions since leaving office).

Gaddafi became our ally in the fight against the Islamists. Even compensating those who's loved ones died in a terrorist attack.
