Can't Sleep? Can't focus? Need some alone time?

If that helps you to fall to sleep, by all means try it.

Sleep is very important.
 
Have a cup of tea....any tea you like....black tea or green tea....etc.....turn off TV and listen to soft music or soothing sounds....

If all that doesn't help take a pill.

Tea doesn't work, coffee doesn't work, hot milk doesn't work, hot choco doesn't work, booze doesn't work, pills don't work.

Aside from anesthesia, these sounds are the only things that help.
 
I listen to ASMR and all,.. but I'm not sure if I could listen to spooky stuff before I go to sleep. :eek:
