Whomever this is has never actually been to a Canadian hospital. You can wait for days. People have died in our ER wait rooms and I would never recommend our system to anyone. Mass immigration has also made it worse.

The Canadian government made a lot of cuts to hospitals in the early 1990s, and since that time hospital services have continued to perish, which is unacceptable nothing is more important than health.
