It is not a law. It never passed the house. It never went to the president. It didn't get signed. It is NOT a law.

You clearly don't know what you're talking about.

Post the text all you want. Post the roll call votes.....Write it backwards....write it in pig latin..it doesn't matter....it is NOT a law whether you admit being wrong or not...Doesn't matter.
The "law" you cited doesn't exist.

my original comment was Florida is protected from offshore drilling within a 100 mile barrier, and it is. You said it wasn't, and it is. I do remember saying it was a law, and is isn't, my misspeak. You said the bill didn't pass the senate, I proved it did.

and here we are :eusa_whistle:

so the First Nations are paid hush money BUT once the aquifer is contaminated, NO AMOUNT of $$$ can clean it then their traditional way of living in harmony w/ nature is destroyed  .

oil is 100% natural and biodegradable. It is decayed organic matter.
It has been around for a million years and the planet is still thriving.

Then why don't you drink a nice glass of it.

Lying isn't going to bail you out of this.

I never said the bill didn't pass the senate.

The first time I posted on it I told you that you were wrong and included THIS link.
It's right there...just like it has been every time I sourced the link.

hey..that's real clever. :doubt:

You can't deny what I said so you aim low and take the immature route.

you'll deny what you say regardless, why bother ?

What? Want some more?

I said that oil is 100% natural and biodegradable. It is decayed organic matter.
It has been around for a million years and the planet is still thriving.

You disagree with that?

You seem to casually dismiss environmental concerns. What if you have spills into water supplies? You going to give the people the 100% natural and biodegradeable spiel then? Tell it to the people in W Va.

What if a meteor hits?
What if a volcano erupts?

the object is to not pollute the aquifers. That can be managed if it occurred, though. Oil is naturally occurring and biodegradable. You should be more concerned with heavy metals and fertilizer/chemical runoff...but it's fashionable to be against lower energy prices now.
Look up cleaning aquifers...choose whatever source you prefer.

some what ? some of your rhetoric ?

yeah, oil is biodegradable after a period of time ... be sure and tell that to all the dead fish and animals that were killed when Exxon went to the trouble of letting oil degrade in Alaska...
