A nationwide ban is much more cost effective than a state-by-state approach which was a complaint regarding legislation passed by California last year.

A fair portion of all of the Prog legislation the first two years of Joe went to fill up their coffers and to their favored unions who needed resources also for their pensions and benefits. And the lower classes paid for it with the inflation.
