The board and its members don´t care. It is all in year head alone. Maybe you should get involved in other stuff than ethnic issues. Remember last time you wanted to visit a Synagoge. Didn´t develop well for you.

I dont know what the difference is between ethnic group and people but i think jews are both there are sub groups within them like ashkenazi, sephardis, mizrahi etc but they are one people based on common heritage and religion, language, culture etc
