I find it interesting that our current president ran on reducing regulations, put Americans first and bringing companies back to improve job opportunities, dropping minority unemployment to its lowest levels in decades and through an Executive Order, created inner-city Opportunity Zones for minorities and created the "First-Step Program" to help incarcerated prisoners get a fresh start. Then the Covid-19 conveniently hit the US in an election year and caused massive job losses (which are finally coming back)....and now....conveniently, Joe Biden is saying the same thing, that he'll bring back jobs to America and put Americans back to work. Jeez...the man can really plagiarize.
